Advanced warehouses allow you to download stock from multiple warehouses or from feed + warehouse, which allows you to set the sum of stock from both warehouses, for example.
In addition, thanks to this functionality, you can set the same stock levels in two online stores or in one online and virtual store.
Online Shop
1. Downloading inventory based on an external source, such as Smartbill, FGO, etc.
Go to Integrations -->Inventory Sources to add an inventory source.
If you need two inventory sources, for example, after connecting the first source from the 3 dots list on the right, you can add another source.
2. Go to the Stocks -->Advanced Stocks tab and click Connect.
You can choose from the following options:
Manual Stock: (stock is stored in easySales)
Then you need to import products and inventory to the Inventory -->Inventory area.
Feed:
Add feed and map SKU and stock columns.
Then within a few hours the stock will be imported from this feed and you will find it in the Stock from Warehouse - Stocks section.
In case the SKU is different you can add the appropriate SKU in the indicated field.
You can add such information manually to the code of each product or make such a change by exporting xls.
External Source: Start from the first step as in the previous options and select External Source.

3. Once you have made sure that all inventory has been captured correctly, you can set up inventory sources for your stores.
Online shop
Go to Integrations -->Stores, edit the page and set the advanced inventory source.
Save changes and edit the store again to set the rules.
If you select multiple orders and the product is in multiple orders, we will calculate the total inventory:
You can also add additional rules to set, for example, delivery times based on warehouses.
For example, if you have the product in your warehouse, you will deliver the order in 0 days, and if it comes from a supplier, you will deliver it in 7 days:
Virtual shop
Go to Integrations --> Edit Virtual Store and set advanced inventory source:
Save changes and edit the store again to set the rules.
