When connecting a website you can also set up a stock source. This can be the stock present in the website or you can use a warehouse management from an external software.
Each product from the website will have a total stock - read from the stock source - and a reserved stock - calculated according to the orders in processing.
When an order arrives, as long as it is not canceled, completed or the invoice is not generated, easySales will reserve the stock from the order for all sales channels.
Careful! We cannot reserve stock on the website when this is the stock source, as it is our reference for total stock.
If you want to reserve stock from the website and do not use a software to save the warehouse management - you can select "easySales" as the stock source. This option will overwrite the stock changes made on the website with the information present in easySales.
If you want to edit Product Stock Source: Integrations -> Websites and click on the Edit Website button.
Warehouses
If you want the store's stock source to be FGO/Smartbill, etc., you must also set it in the Integrations-->Warehouses .
If you want to take stock from FGO or SmartBill, the product codes in the store (SKU) must be identical to the one in the warehouse management.
If they do not match, we will automatically put stock 0.
For certain stock sources, you can perform stock updates in the Online Shops -> Stocks area. Also, there is an export / import function to perform bulk updates in Excel. Also from here you can define and correspond Site Product Code - Product Management Code if the code is different.
