This virtual shop is a convenient solution for posting products on multiple marketplaces without owning an online shop. It is addressed especially to offline merchants, who have a physical store or entrepreneurs at the beginning of the road, who have the possibility to upload the products directly in the easySales platform through the virtual store.
Here you can add new products in order to automatically send them to marketplaces, at no additional cost and without investment.
With easySales, you can see if there is demand for your products online, what is the volume of orders and what is the stock needed to start a profitable online business.
The Virtual Shop is used by online merchants when they want to list only certain products on the Marketplace.
Activation: To activate the virtual shop you must go to the field Integrations/ Websites/ Add Virtual Shop.
When adding a virtual shop you can set the language and currency, for example RON/EUR/HUF/BGN/PLN/USD/GBP.
You can't combine products, some in RON and some in EUR.
To see what language / currency is set in the virtual shop, go to Integrations/ Websites and click the settings button marked in red.
Import products
In order to import the products from the eMAG Marketplace into the Virtual Store, you must click the Import button on the top right:
After that, click on the eMAG button
Example: If you want to import the products from eMAG BG the language/ currency of the virtual store must be Bulgarian.
Dynamic Import
With this feature you can import products from an Excel or Feed (https://cdn.easysales.ro/uploads/1/products.csv).
In order to be able to make this import, the mandatory columns are Name, SKU, Sales price and Stock, but we recommend to import as much data as possible.
Example: SKU, NAME, SALE PRICE, DESCRIPTION, STOCK, IMAGE, ATTRIBUTE NAME, ATTRIBUTE VALUE, BRAND etc.
To add more images you must separete them by comma, for example URL, URL or selected separator.

Click on the button below, after that select the file from the PC and import it.

Products characteristics are inserted in separated columns, like Attribute name, Attribute value (for example, Size/ S) and are mapped with Characheristic Name/ Characheristic Value
The categories in the file are mapped with those in easySales:
Update/ Export Products
Export Products: After you have selected the products you want to download, click on Download and then the Export button.
After the export is finished you will receive an e-mail with the completed file.
You can also download the exported file by clicking the notification button according to the image below:
Update: If you want to modify certain data, you must map the mandatory SKU column and the column where you want to modify.
For update, click Import button, then Dynamic Import and map the categories in the file with those in easySales:

To set the stock you can edit each product individually or you can use the virtual shop/ stocks section to update through an XL (export and then import).
Scheduled import stock/ price updates
This feature allows stock and price recurring updates for virtual shop products, based on a feed.
Imports are launched every 10 minutes. The feature is limited at maximum 5 imports.
The feed must be in XL or CSV format separated by comma (,) or selected separator.
In order to upload the feed go to the virtual shop/ products section, access the import button and then the scheduled import.
