If you do not have an account, send an email with your company data (company name, address, IBAN, the Bank where the account was opened, the signatory, unique identification code, date, serial number in the trade register) to office.romania@linkmobility.com.

Messages are sent from a short number that can be customized with the brand name.
Short Code – is the short number that notifications are sent from, consisting of 4 digits or the label generated by the provider. Currently, the short shared Link Mobility number is used, which is used by all partners, but if a partner wants the exclusivity of the number (used only by his company), a monthly fee of 200 euros + VAT will be paid for all operators.
Sender alphanumeric – is the label that can be assigned to a short number, the name chosen by the customer within 11 characters. The total cost for the label is 380 euros + VAT for all operators and is paid only once.
Integration: In order to configure the account or accounts, if you use several short numbers go to the easySales platform at Integrations -> SMS Services and click the Connect button. A pop-up with several options will open.
Your credentials or login details will be provided to you by Link Mobility as soon as possible, once you reach an agreement.
Click Save.
Then, in order to configure the predefined SMS messages, you have to go to the platform at the Customers & Actions section - click Templates.
On the right click Create sms template
Fill the template by pressing the desired options, then save the information on the create button.
For instance: Hello${customer.name} The AWB ${order.awb_id} was issued today for order ${order.id} placed on ${website.name} worth ${order.total_value}. You can follow the route of the package by entering the AWB number ${order.awb_id} here https://tracking.dpd.ro/?shipmentNumber=&language=ro Thank you!
After you save the template you need to add the notifications.
Go to Customers & Actions section - click notifications and choose from AWB Created, Order Created, Invoice Created or Order Canceled.
The template is selected from the list of templates generated in the previous step.
Individual order notification
You can edit the order and send a different message from the predefined templates by pressing Notify user button in the order.
Remember:
No special characters will be used in the text body of the sms sent to the clients (emoticons, @) or diacritics, because they will automatically encode the message in the international (GSM) format of 70 characters.
The reason is the correct display on the mobile phone display. This way you will pay instead of the price of a text message of 160 characters, the price of two text messages.
When you send an SMS message longer than 160 characters, the message will be split. For example, a 161-character message will be sent as two messages, one with 153 characters and the second with 8 characters.
Please note that each message is charged separately.
At SMS History section you can view the messages sent according to the settings made.
