DHL Courier Configuration

To set up your account you need API access from them for DHL Express - MyDHL API.

If you want to send parcels from Romania to Romania, you need an additional product from DHL, namely N product.

AWBs can only be generated for orders without a refund.

After receiving API access go to the easySales platform at Integrations -> Couriers and press the Connect button next to DHL. A pop-up will open with several options:

Account ID: DHL account user
Password: DHL account password

Click Get Details to check the connection and fill in the required data:

You can fill the AWB Template Notes and the ordered products.

After saving, several configurations can be added (for multiple pickup points or various services) by pressing the + button 

Subsequently, AWBs can be generated via DHL from the Orders section by pressing the Quick Create button.

If you need advanced details (multiple packages / envelopes) generate the AWB from the edit order page.

If you need to delete a location you can press the edit button and then delete.
