To generate a warranty, you must first configure the template.
Go to the Order Processing → Warranty Templates section and add a template.
For example:
In the Additional Documents field (highlighted in orange), you can also add an extra file that will be merged with the file generated according to the template above.
To generate a warranty, you can edit the order and click the Create Warranty button:
If you want to generate the warranty for multiple orders, we recommend using the processing groups — details here.
Important to note:
For the warranty certificate generation to work, a warranty must be set for each product:
Product from the online store (received from the website).
Product from the virtual store:
The information can also be imported via Excel in this case.
