The product archiving feature is used when you want to delete a product from easySales.
Archiving can be done both manually and in bulk for several products:
Remember:
When you archive a product, the offers in the marketplace automatically closes.
If the product are active in your website we will import the product again.
Modifying a SKU in the site:
If you want to modify a SKU from the site, easySales will import the product as a new one because the SKU is the basis of our import.
If the product with the old SKU has offers connected on the marketplace, you must proceed as follows:
First alternative:
- Identify old SKUs in easySales (online/ virtual shops - products) and then archive it. At that moment all the connected offers from the marketplace are deactivated and the connection between the product and the offer is deleted.
- Check the deactivated offers and unlink in the field (marketplace offers) after which you synchronize them with the new product (link). You do it manually for each offer or you can use autolink if there is a common information SKU, EAN (barcode), name or ID. Product - offer link
Second alternative:
- Identify old SKUs in easySales (online/ virtual shops - products) after which you edit the product and desynchronize all the offers.Unlink product-offer. At this moment, the connection between the product and the offer is deleted and the offer remains activated.
- Check the deactivated offers and unlink them in the (marketplace offers) field, after which you synchronize them with the new product (link). You can do it manually for each offer or you can use autolink if there is a common information SKU, EAN (barcode), name or ID. Product - offer link .
Mass archiving process by XL.
In the "Online Store / Virtual Store - import" section, we added the mass archiving functionality. In this section, you can download an attached model to prepare the list of SKUs you want to archive. The system will consider only these SKUs from the Excel file when performing the archiving process.
Unzipping products
You can access the Online Store / Archived Products tab to reactivate the products.
You can unzipp maximum 50 products per request.
Archived products are deleted after 30 days
