Skroutz Marketplace Setup

Go to the easySales platform at the Integrations -> Marketplace section and click the Connect button. A pop-up will open with several options:

Price Addition: Only for new offers : A percentage added to sale price for marketplace offers. (ex: website price 10 EUR, with an addition of 10%, on the marketplace the price will be 11 EUR). Advanced rules for the adjustement of price on the marketplace can be later created. (see here)
Default shipping tax: Fill the VAT rate that you want to apply for the orders to be delivered : eg. 0/19% 

API token : It is taken from the Skroutz platform only after the product feed is validated

Default Tax Rate: Fill the VAT rate that you want to apply for the offers : eg. 0/19/27%

Invoice series: Select the default billing series for imported orders – used when generating invoices

Implicit package type: Envelope/parcel

Size attributes: Select from the list

Color attributes: Select from the list

Display the characteristics in the product description: yes/no

Pickup Location: optional

After saving the informaton we will generate 2 feeds . You must send this feeds to Skroutz . 

Adding offers:

You can access the Online / Virtual Shop -> Products section and click on the button Add offer to Skroutz (details here)

Adding/updating information in the feed can take up to 3 hours.

VIES compannies with VAT

The option can be added from the additional settings field:

The option will set VAT 0 when you receive an order from a company in the intra-community space.

If the customer is a legal entity and the company is registered in VIES with a different country than you selected in your integration, then the invoice will be generated with zero VAT.

Orders from the selected country are automatically excluded.

Very important:

After the product feed has been validated by Skroutz, you will also receive API token from Skroutz.

Existing offers in Skroutz cannot be imported into easySales.

Skroutz requires the weight in the offer. If you haven't set it in the product, it can be added from mass editing or XL import directly in the Skroutz offer .

The weight is set in KG, for example 0.2 = 200 grams.

Generated invoices are sent in Skroutz, but AWBs are sent only if they are generated by DPD,GLS and DHL.
