Configuration of PIGU / Kaup24 / HobbyHall / 220.LV

If you don't have an account on PHH Group marketplace (PIGU / Kaup24 / HobbyHall / 220.LV), you can register here.

In order to setup PHH Group marketplaces, go to the easySales platform at Integrations -> Marketplace and click the Connect button on desired platform integration (PIGU / Kaup24 / HobbyHall / 220.LV). Fulfill following data:

Username - username from desired platform

Password - password from desired platform

Seller ID - Available in up-right corner of PHH Platform

After clicking "Continue" next window will appear:

Price Addition: Only for new offers: A percentage added to sale price for marketplace offers. (ex: website price 10 EUR, with an addition of 10%, on the marketplace the price will be 11 EUR). Advanced rules for the adjustment of price on the marketplace can be later created. (see here)

Default shipping tax: Insert tax rate to be applied for shipping: ex. 0%/ 19%

Confirm orders: Select to automatically confirm orders from "New" status to "Received", notifying the marketplace that you acknowledge a new order was received

Delivery hours: in what hours you are providing delivery

Invoice series: Select the default billing series for imported orders – used when generating invoices

Direct delivery seller: mark if you are providing direct delivery to client, if not you are using PHH Group logistic solution

Adding offers:

If you do not already have existing offers, you can access the Online / Virtual Shop -> Products section and click on the Add offer to PIGU / Kaup24 / HobbyHall / 220.LV button.

If you have existing offers, the offers already added to PIGU / Kaup24 / HobbyHall / 220.LV will be imported in the Marketplace -> Offers section, PIGU / Kaup24 / HobbyHall / 220.LV tab and you will need to link to the products from the website for the information to be synchronized.

After synchronizing the offers, you can access the Online / Virtual Shop-> Products section.

It is recommended to filter WITHOUT offers on PIGU / Kaup24 / HobbyHall / 220.LV in order not to duplicate the existing ones, after which you can use the Add Offer button on PIGU / Kaup24 / HobbyHall / 220.LV to send the new products.

Also, new orders will be imported into the Orders section and you will be able to generate invoices / AWBs using the connected integrations for couriers and billing software.
