Configuration of marketplace EMPIK

If you do not have account on EMPIK, you can register here. Currently EMPIK is accepting sellers registered in countries of European Union.

To make a configuration of marketplace EMPIK, go to platform easySales w Integrations -> Marketplace and click on Connect next to EMPIK. Fulfil data:

Shop ID - you can find it in up left corner of Personal settings of platform EMPIK

App Token - you can find it in EMPIK as API key, in up right corner click on account ikon, then Personal settings and API key.

Next, click on Continue. You will see new fields:

Price Addition: Only for new offers: A percentage added to sale price for marketplace offers. (ex: website price 10 EUR, with an addition of 10%, on the marketplace the price will be 11 EUR). Advanced rules for the adjustment of price on the marketplace can be later created. (see here)

Default shipping tax: Insert tax rate to be applied for shipping: ex. 0%/ 19%

Invoice series: Select the default billing series for imported orders – used when generating invoices

Default tax rate: Insert tax rate to be applied for products: ex. 0%/ 19%

Logistic class - code of logistic class of products, the same as in EMPIK account

Condition- ex. new or used

Automatically enable offers, when products have stock - yes/no

Delivery days - point out in how many days you can fix delivery

Then click Save. 

Adding offers

If you do not already have existing offers, you can access the Online / Virtual Shop -> Products section and click on the Add offer to EMPIK button.

If you have existing offers, the offers already added to EMPIK will be imported in the Marketplace -> Offers section, EMPIK tab and you will need to link to the products from the website for the information to be synchronized.

After synchronizing the offers, you can access the Online / Virtual Shop-> Products section.

It is recommended to filter WITHOUT offers on EMPIK in order not to duplicate the existing ones, after which you can use the Add Offer button on EMPIK to send the new products.
