In order to setup Decathlon marketplace, go to the easySales platform at Integrations -> Marketplace and click the Connect button. A pop-up will open with several options:
Price Addition: Only for new offers: A percentage added to sale price for marketplace offers. (ex: website price 10 RON, with an addition of 10%, on the marketplace the price will be 11 RON). Advanced rules for the adjustment of price on the marketplace can be later created. (see here)
Default shipping tax: Fill the VAT rate used for order deliveries: for example 0/19%
Invoice Series: Selects the default invoice series to import orders with – used for invoicing
Default Tax Rate: VAT 0/19%
App token: In the upper right, my account -> API Key, according to the image below:
Adding offers:
If you do not already have existing offers, you can access the Online / Virtual Shop -> Products section and click on the Add offer to Decathlon button.
If you have existing offers, the offers already added to Decathlon will be imported in the Marketplace -> Offers section, Decathlon tab.
If you want to link the offers, please contact easySales.
After synchronizing the offers, you can access the Online / Virtual Shop-> Products section.
It is recommended to filter WITHOUT offers on Decathlon in order not to duplicate the existing ones, after which you can use the Add Offer button on Decathlon to send the new products.
Also, new orders will be imported into the Orders section and you will be able to generate invoices / awbs using the integrations with couriers/ invoicing software.
