Altex Marketplace Setup

How to connect:

Go to the easySales platform at the Integrations -> Marketplace section and click the Connect button. A pop-up will open with several options:

Price Addition: Only for new offers :A percentage added to sale price for marketplace offers. (ex: website price 10 EUR, with an addition of 10%, on the marketplace the price will be 11 EUR). Advanced rules for the adjustement of price on the marketplace can be later created. (see here)

Default shipping tax: Fill the VAT rate that you want to apply for the orders to be delivered : eg. 0/19%

Invoice series: Select the default billing series for imported orders – used when generating invoices

Default Tax Rate: Fill the VAT rate that you want to apply for the offers : eg. 0/19%

Public key: Public key provided by Altex.

Private key: Private key provided by Altex.

After setup is finished, the categories must be mapped.

Adding offers:

If you do not already have existing offers, you can access the Online / Virtual Shop -> Products section and click on the Add offer to Altex button.

If you have existing offers, the offers already added to Altex will be imported in the Marketplace -> Offers section, Altex tab and you will need to link to the products from the website for the information to be synchronized.

After synchronizing the offers, you can access the Online / Virtual Shop-> Products section.

It is recommended to filter WITHOUT offers on Altex in order not to duplicate the existing ones, after which you can use the Add Offer button on Altex to send the new products.

Very important:

To generate AWB you must add the Altex courier (Integrations/couriers). It is the only way to generate AWB for Altex orders.

Altex does not currently receive storno invoices, the order are returned only n easySales.

You cannot add/associate an offer for a product that already exists in their database. The error is This EAN is already exists on marketplace. Altex does not allow EAN duplicates.
