The first step is to log into your Amazon account.
If you want to connect Amazon France, for example, you must be logged in to that specific account.
For this, you must select the country from your Amazon account, from the top menu, before connecting your account to easySales.
To set up integration with Amazon, access the easySales control panel on the left, click Integrations, then Marketplace, and press the Connect button. In the next step, click Authenticate with Amazon.
Click Edit connection and fill in the information:
Price Addition: Only for new offers :A percentage added to sale price for marketplace offers. (ex: website price 10 EUR, with an addition of 10%, on the marketplace the price will be 11 EUR). Advanced rules for the price adjustement on the marketplace can be later created. (see here)
VAT rate for shipping: Fill the VAT rate that you want to apply for the orders to be delivered : eg. 0/19%
Invoice series: Select the default billing series for imported orders – used when generating invoices
Default tax rate: 0/19%, etc.
Fulfillment method: Fulfillment Source for orders and products.
FBA = Fulfillment by Amazon
FBM = Fulfillment by Merchant
After connecting your Amazon account, category mapping must be done.
Adding offers:
A product can be sold by multiple sellers based on ASIN (unique code), and you can associate products from the website/virtual with products already listed on Amazon by someone else by clicking the Associate Offer button. See more here.
If you do not have existing offers, you can access the Online Store/Virtual area -> Products by clicking the Add Offer button on Amazon.
If you have existing offers: the offers already added on Amazon will be imported into the Marketplace -> Offers, Amazon tab, and you will need to create links with the products on the website to synchronize the information.
After synchronizing offers, you can access the Online Store/Virtual area -> Products to add new offers.
It is recommended to filter WITHOUT offers on Amazon to avoid duplicating existing ones, after which you can use the Add Offer on Amazon button to send the new products.
Remember:
When the source is FBA, AWB and invoices are not generated from easySales, and the stock is not deducted.
