If you do not have an account on Cel marketplace, you can register here.
In order to configure integration with Cel, go to the easySales platform at Integrations -> Marketplace and click the Connect button. A pop-up with several options will open:
Price Addition: Only for new offers: A percentage added to the products from the website. (eg: price 10 RON, with a 10% price addition, the price will be 11 RON on the marketplace). Advanced rules for the adjustment of price on the marketplace can be later created (see here)
Default shipping tax: Fill the VAT rate with which you want the orders to be delivered : eg. 0/19%
Vat Payer: select Yes if you are a VAT payer or No otherwise.
Invoice series: Select the default invoice series to import orders with - used for invoicing.
Implicit Package Type: Select with what type of package to import orders by default – used for AWB generation.
Username: Cel account username
Password: Cel account password
After setup is finished, the categories must be mapped.
Adding offers:
If you do not already have existing offers, you can access the Online / Virtual Shop -> Products section and click on the Add offer to Cel button.
If you have existing offers, the offers already added to Cel will be imported in the Marketplace -> Offers section, Cel tab and you will need to link to the products from the website for the information to be synchronized.
After synchronizing the offers, you can access the Online / Virtual Shop-> Products section.
It is recommended to filter WITHOUT offers on Cel in order not to duplicate the existing ones, after which you can use the Add Offer button on Cel to send the new products.
When generating new offers, most of the time, the documentation will be subject to validation (a manual process performed by Cel) and at first they will appear In waiting list.
Also, new orders will be imported into the Orders section and you will be able to generate invoices / AWBs using the connected integrations.
Very important!
Cel sometimes allows the addition to the basket and the finalization of the orders for products with exhausted stock. If you want to avoid such situations, you have the possibility to set the automatic deactivation of the offers that have reached stock 0 in Ce, from easySales - Account/ Settings/ Offers settings.
It should be noted that the offers do not activate automatically when the product stock replenishes.
In order to see which offers have stock and which are inactive, go to Marketplace/ Offers/ Cel and filter them by Status - Disabled and Availability - In stock and then activate them one by one or through Mass edit feature.
